What's Cleared
Brad clears the parts of your property you actually use:
- Driveways (single, double, and long rural drives)
- Walkways from street to door
- Front and side stoops
- Path to mailbox, trash bins, gas meter
- Accessways for elderly residents or anyone with mobility needs
- Light commercial: small lots, alley accesses, sidewalk frontage
How On-Call Snow Removal Works
You're on Brad's route. When snow drops more than 2 inches (the trigger threshold), service runs automatically the morning after. No call needed, no app to check, no wondering. You wake up, the path is clear, you go to work.
For lighter snow or odd-timing storms, you can text Brad and he'll come run the route on demand.
When Does Snow Season Start?
The first plowable snow in Northern Colorado typically lands between late October and mid-November. The latest big storms can come into early May. Brad books his snow route through October. Spots fill up fast: residents who slept on it last year ended up shoveling.
Front Range Snow Removal Notes
A few things specific to Northern Colorado:
- Greeley and Eastern plains pile up faster than the foothills due to wind drifting
- Loveland and Fort Collins get heavier wet snow that ices over fast: clear it ASAP or you're chipping ice
- Wellington gets prairie wind drifts that re-cover cleared paths within hours
- Bagged ice melt is included on driveways with steep grade or shaded walkways
Snow Removal Pricing
Pricing is per-visit based on driveway size, with a discount for the seasonal package. Most residential drives fall in the $40 to $80 per push range. Seasonal packages (October through April, all storms covered) start around $400 and go up by drive size and lot.
Bundle Snow With Year-Round Service
Most snow customers also have Brad on weekly mowing in summer, sprinkler blowouts in fall, and handyman work as needed. One call handles the property all year.
