Handyman.
One Call. Done Right.

Honey-do list piling up? Bradley Johansen handles repairs, installs, and the kind of odd jobs that have been waiting for "someone who knows what they're doing." Across Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and the rest of Northern Colorado.

What Brad Handles

  • Fence repair, gate adjustments, post replacement
  • Deck repair, board replacement, railing tightening
  • Drywall patches, hole repair, door frame fixes
  • Door hardware, lockset replacement, soft-close hinges
  • Hanging shelves, mirrors, TVs, and gallery walls
  • Faucet replacement, garbage disposal, simple plumbing fixes
  • Outlet covers, ceiling fan installs, light fixture swaps (no panel work)
  • Caulking, weatherstripping, threshold replacement
  • Furniture assembly (yes, the IKEA pile counts)
  • Storm door installs, screen repair, garage door tune-up
  • Yard cleanup, shed organization, junk hauls
  • Pressure washing decks, driveways, fences

What Brad Doesn't Do

Brad's a craftsman, not every-license-under-the-sun. He won't touch:

  • Electrical panel work or new circuit runs (call a licensed electrician)
  • Gas line work (call a licensed plumber)
  • Roofing or major structural work
  • Anything that needs a permit pulled by a GC

For everything else on the honey-do list: yes.

How Handyman Pricing Works

Most jobs are flat-rate by the task. Small jobs (single fix, hour or less) start around $85. Half-day jobs (multiple tasks, 4 hours) run $300-$425. Full-day jobs $600-$850. Quote is locked in before any work starts.

Bigger projects (deck rebuild, full-yard fence, room refresh) get a written estimate.

Bundling the Honey-Do List

Most homeowners save money by stacking 3-4 items into one visit. Brad's most efficient when he's already on the property. If you've got a list of small things, group them up and book a half-day. You'll come out way ahead vs single-task visits.

Year-Round With Brad

Handyman work pairs naturally with the rest of Brad's services: weekly mowing in summer, sprinkler blowouts in fall, snow removal in winter. Most regulars throw handyman items on the queue as they come up. One call, one trusted person on the property.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Brad's fully insured and licensed for the work he takes on. Anything outside his scope, he tells you straight and refers you to someone who specializes.

Do you bring your own tools?

Yes. Brad shows up with a fully stocked truck. Specialty parts (specific door knobs, specific deck stain) get picked up on the way and added to the receipt at cost.

How fast can you come out?

Most non-emergency jobs scheduled within 5-7 days. Emergency stuff (broken gate before a dog gets out, busted pipe) gets squeezed in same day or next.

Can I trust you in my house?

Brad's locally owned, fully insured, and treats your place like his own. Read the 5-star reviews on Google from neighbors he's worked for in Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, and beyond.
