- Anything that needs a permit pulled by a general contractor
For everything else where the answer is wood, tile, or a well-hung door: yes.
How Remodel Pricing Works
Every remodel is quoted flat-rate after a walk-through. Small carpentry jobs (a set of shelves, a trim run, a door hang) start around $250. Mid-size projects (bath vanity swap, deck refresh, built-in) run $1,500 to $6,000. Full remodels (kitchen refresh, tile shower, room buildout) are custom scoped with a written estimate and a locked-in price before demo starts.
No hourly surprises. No "we ran into something" mid-job change orders unless we find something behind the wall you need to know about, and even then Brad talks it through before touching it.
How A Project Runs With Brad
Step one is the walk-through. Brad shows up, listens to what you want, points out what will and won't work, and gives you a plan. A written estimate follows within a few days. Once you say go, Brad locks in a start date, sources the materials, and shows up when he says he will. On bigger projects you'll get end-of-day updates so you always know where things stand.
Year-Round With Brad
Carpentry pairs naturally with the rest of Brad's services: handyman work for the smaller fixes, landscaping for the outdoors, and weekly mowing in season. Most regulars keep a running list. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. All About Home Services LLC is fully insured. Brad handles the carpentry and remodeling work himself. Anything outside his scope (panel work, gas, roofing, permit-required structural) gets referred to a licensed specialist he trusts.
Do you handle the whole remodel, or just parts?
Both. Brad can handle a full bath or kitchen refresh soup-to-nuts, or come in for just the carpentry piece (trim, cabinets, framing, built-ins) while another trade handles their part.
How long does a remodel take?
Small carpentry jobs: same day or 2-3 days. Mid-size projects: 1-2 weeks. Full remodels: 3-8 weeks depending on scope. Brad locks in a schedule with you before starting and sticks to it.
